(they/them)born and raised on bay miwok land to immigrants from hong kong, they are queer & of the chinese diaspora living on ohlone land. they are currently studying chinese / east asian medicine and practicing what it means to embody ancestral ways of being in their body, in relationships, and in community. kt is an ongoing student of earth and sky in various forms of astrology, and they are a dreamer bridging the dreaming and waking worlds. they love to dance, move, and be anywhere near (or in) a body of water and/or trees!With qiki, kt offers communal gongfu tea and a space to land before and after receiving treatment. they love getting the opportunity to offer space for connection and conversation at the tea table, as well as the chance to connect with breath and body. their relationship with tea and other forms of ancestral medicine is rooted in the commitment to coming home and revitalizing the source of life that flows within and connects us with all beings.

(they/them)Queer NB, neurospicy, chronically-ill, loves funNuffy hails from the Chinese-Jamaican diaspora and they are grateful to call Ohlone land home. They are a Yin Fire Rabbit and have a Leo stellium in the 6th house- (the house of work, health and daily habits)- which has very much led them to feel at home in Chinese Medicine. What began as a community Qi Gong practice and a desire to connect to their Chinese ancestral ways of being and knowing ended up in a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine and becoming a licensed acupuncturist.To Nuffy, QiKi is a dream of world building around community care with other queer asian holders of ancestral medicine/care + purpose. They are excited about offering acupuncture, cupping, ear seeds, qi gong, and good times. They love curating beautiful- warm- life-giving community spaces.Nuffy works at Bitter Melon Acupuncture and is developing their Facial Acupuncture private practice. She is stoked to provide community care and acupuncture treatments at QiKi events and good eats at club gatherings.Sam has her own acu practice in Berkeley, Sticky Rice Acupuncture which focuses on pain management and recovery related to sports medicine and orthopedic issues.She also provides weekly community-style treatments at Berkeley Community Acupuncture and Tendervine Health. They find joy, nourishment and strength from exploring the foodways of their roots and being a student of their ancestral medicine and Corean drumming and ritual work. With QiKi, they are excited to practice collective liberation and community care work through offering earseeds, cupping and acupressure/ bodywork. Also an ops nerd, they like to provide back-end support.
